Shipping & Ship Dates
How do ship dates work?
Ship dates are posted in the title of an item. The item will ship between the dates shown. Quantity available is the number of units remaining for that shipping period. It does NOT reflect any in-store or immediate inventory.
Will the retail store have bikes before the ship date?
If there is a ship date on an item, that applies to local pickup at our retail store as well.
When will my bike ship?
If there is no ship date on the item you purchased, or it says ***SHIPS IMMEDIATELY***, it will ship within 1-3 business days. If there is a ship date, it will ship within that date range. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you are selecting “in-store pickup” you will also receive an email with a pickup number once your bike/order is built and/or ready.
Does the bike come built?
If your bike is being shipped, it will be 85% assembled upon arrival. We recommend having a bicycle mechanic or bicycle shop assemble your bike. To watch an overview of the assembly process, please reference this video.
Local pickup bikes will be fully built.
